| PA6 SERIES 1.Pa6 Reinforced Series
This reinforced nylon not only has good anti-abrasive , heat resistance and anti chemical features, but also greatly reduced the water absorption and shrinkage rate of the raw material. It has good size stability and mechanical property. It consists of two types , one is the material for the electrical tools, the other is the reinforced nylons with different colors. a) Material for electric tools
This series material produced in our company has been certified with American UL standard. It uses imported Nylon 6 as the base material, then mixed with different reinforced additives and pigments to increase its impact strength at low temperature and anti environment features , good size stability and low deformation features . b). Reinforced nylons with different colors
This type series products are produced according to the required property and specification by customer. It includes anti water solution series, anti oil and abrasive series, anti aging under high temperature , and anti electricstatic series, ,high flow rate thin wall series and high rigidity series. It is widely used for gear, bearing, fan vane, pump van , bicycle componts , automobile parts , fishing tools and some precision engineering parts. Our products range are B109, B499 (high rigidity and good impact strength at low temperature.) ; B160 (high rigidity and good flow rate) , B381 (high rigidity and anti abrasive features), B207 (anti high temperature and anti aging), B540 (high rigidity , low deformation rate and good size stability.) 2. Flame Retardant Series Good flame retardant series. The flame retardant of 3.2mm , 1.6mm and 0.8mm products can meet UL94 series requirement. It has low density, good heat resistance, low separate , anti drop and high CTI value and good brazing capaicity. Our products available is B503. 3. Flame retardant reinforcement series
This series products not only has the advantages of Nylon 6, but also has good heat resistance , anti aging features and good size stability and high rigidity. It can be applied for precision electric products which requires good mechanical property. Our available products are B213 and B492. 4. Reinforced toughness series
This series products use imported toughness additives. It not only has high impact strength at low temperature, good size stability , anti abrasive and good current conductive but also has good machining and anti aging features. It can be widely used for valve body, wheels and sport machines and automotive parts.
Our available products are B390, B387 and B545.
 PA66 SERIES PA66 reinforcement nylon series
These series products with high quality of abrasion resistance, heat resistance, electrical capability and high machine intension are applied abroad in automobile industry, textile, pump impeller and top engineering parts etc which have high dimension stability and can self-extinguish.

PA66 fireproof nylon series
These series products have high quality of fireproof up to UL94V-0, and low separation, drippage proof, high electric capability, high heatproof etc.
Our company has produced non-halogen fireproof nylon A526, which has the quality of low separation, high CTI, and high arc resistance, and the fireproof level is up to UL94V-0.
PA66 fireproof reinforcement series
These series products with not only the quality of fireproof ,but with excellent machine capability and dimension stability which improved the heatproof, are applied in all kinds of fireproofing engineering parts such as capacitor framework, connectors etc.
