a). Special PP material for cars
This material is referred to the series of material specially developed and produced according to the TLVW-44045 standard issued by VW Germany. The propriety of the material can meet the quality requirement of Shanghai VW Automobile Corporation. Among the series , PP1, PP2 and PP3 are heat resistant and anti-fatigue types which requires medium impact strength. It can be applied for brake handles cover, tooling box ect internal decoration parts in car. PP4 and PP5 are high impact strength and heat resistance type. It can be used for instrument panel , cabin box etc car internal parts. PP6, PP7 and PP8 are heat resistant material with filler type. It can be applied for air conduction baffle, air filter shell, electrical cooling fan and light seat ect car accessories. PP9 and PP10 are the fiber glass reinforcement types, it can be applied for the fan impeller and wheels etc car accessories.b). Mineral Filler type
It uses special mixture technology to improve the property of the material as its heat resistance (the heat deformation temperature can reach 140 degree C, such as P101, can be applied for the wheel of the dust collector) , impact strength at low temperature (V-groove impact strength can exceed 75J/m, such as P414) such as the polished PP, it can be widely used for the covers of the electrical furniture. c). Fiber glass reinforcement type
This type material has good mechanical propriety and size stability , low shrinkage ratio. It can be widely applied for electrics, panels , chemical machinery , valves , fans etc. Our part number is P182 and P223. In order to meet the customers demand, we also developed and produced the mineral and fiber glass combined reinforced PP material. Which makes the products not only has high strength, low shrinkage ratio but also has low crook ratio. Our part number is P101 and P108. d). Flame Retardant Type
This material not only has good mechanical property , electricity and flame retardant feature but also has good heat stability and easy for machining. It can be widely used for electrics, automobile parts, constructions, transportations etc industries. It is flame retardant can reach UL94V. E). Polished PP and transparent PP
The polished PP has been widely used as a replacement material to ABS in the household electrics industry. It’s varnish and heat deformation feature are both better than ABS. It can be used for dust collector ‘s outside accessories and for electrical cookers.
